'I can't breathe!'

This is, without a doubt, the oddest recording we have ever heard. Everything you will hear, from the kid, to the water was not heard at the time of the recording and there was no water or kids in the building. The building hasn't had running water for almost 20 years.

(Rough Translation)
(Kid) Help me, can't breathe, I couldn't breathe?
(Deep mans voice) Murder
(kid) I can't breathe
(very low mans voice) I couldn't breathe
(Kids voice continues, not sure what is being said)
(woman's voice) I couldn't breathe
(just after this you will hear water thrashing around for about 15-20 seconds followed by a big thud And then silence again.

This was recorded in an empty room, so nothing should have recorded. The voices have been broken down and looped at the end of the track.

'Go Home!'

We were investigating an old Hotel,as we were leaving Barry recorded these two voices in it's Ballroom area.

'Do ya dare me Harry?'

A friend of The G.I.S. recorded this voice when we were conducting an investigation at an old farm that dates back to the 1860's. There are two houses on the property, and this was recorded in the old original farm house. A man nicknamed Harry died in this house, and two of his grandsons now each live in the two houses that are on the property.

'A black one'

This EVP was recorded by G.I.S. member Barry. It seems like anyone who listens to this hears something different. (I, myself, think it says a white one), others hear a wagon. What do you think it says?

'Near Mark Wood'

G.I.S. Member Barbara recorded this when she was investigating an old pioneer cemetery. Since she recorded this voice, she has looked at every headstone in that cemetery, but there is not one there with that name on it. No one in the G.I.S. is named that, so what or who the ghost is referring to is a mystery.

'Oh fine'

Two G.I.S. members were walking through an old building located in a cemetery, and one of them jokingly said WE'RE BACK. G.I.S. Member Barry recorded this response. You may hear something different, but keep in mind, we don't control what the dead says!

'Well, you have...'

The first voice is G.I.S. Member Roger asking Jenny (another member) can you tell how many pictures I have left, referring to his camera. G.I.S. Member Barbara recorded this voice responding to his question. We wonder if the ghost was also checking it out when it answered. It's kind of comical how it just trails off without giving the number.

'I know who it was'

G.I.S. Member Barbara recorded this voice while we were investigating an old abandoned movie theater. One of the members had just complained about a previous occasion there, when a person most of us didn't know showed up. Jenny's words were, I didn't even know who this guy was, and this voice replied 'I know who it was.'

'It says Arthur'

G.I.S. Member Barbara recorded this voice in a cemetery. She had played a previously recorded EVP to three other G.I.S. Members, and they where debating what it had said, when this voice was picked up on tape.

'I'm British'

This voice was recorded by G.I.S. Member Barry in a beautiful old theater that is well known for ghost activity. The voice has a very strong British accent.

'So is the dead'

GIs member Roger was talking to Barbara about the sudden drop in temperature and how she had become cold, when this voice was recorded saying 'So is the dead.'

'Would you care to attend an evening?'

This voice was also recorded by G.I.S. Member Barry in a old theater. The G.I.S. would like to make two statements about this voice. One, the woman sounds as though she is forcing the British accent much the same way an actor would. Seeing as how this is a theater it is possible this lady was an actress. The second point of interest is the voice was directly imprinted onto the tape. In other words the voice bypassed the external microphone of the AIWA TP-M920 recorder, and was imprinted directly onto the magnetic tape, at the same time this voice was recorded the EMF meter was fluctuating between 1.00Mg and 7.00Mg when it abruptly dropped to 0.01Mg, after the voice was recorded it never raised above 0.04Mg. This would show the voices are using EMF's to be heard.

'German language 1'

This voice was recorded by G.I.S. Member Barry at the haunted theater. The voice speaks in what sounds like German and we are not sure as to what it is saying. However, if anyone can translate it, feel free to contact us. The original recording of this voice was very low. We have posted two separate versions of this voice, one is the original, the second has been cleaned up, amplified by 10 decibels and run through an FFT filter.

'German language'

'Hello, I'll come back'

G.I.S. Member Barbara was in the parking lot of a cemetery asking if anyone was with her. As Roger started to approach her, this voice comes in saying 'Hello, I'll come back.'

'I like how it was'

This voice was recorded by G.I.S. Member Barbara in the haunted theater. Another member is commenting on what a wonderful old theater it is when this voice was recorded "I like how it was" One interesting note, a fire had taken place in this theater many decades ago.

'Death to the Hunchback'

G.I.S. Member Barry saw an orb fly past the IR camera when Barbara recorded this voice saying "Death to the Hunchback."

'You little murderin tramp'

This voice was recorded by a friend of G.I.S., Zane, while investigating an old school building. He was looking for another G.I.S. Member in the three story building at the time this voice was recorded.

'My house'

G.I.S. Member Barry and Barbara had been walking into a reportedly haunted house when this voice was recorded. They had asked would anyone like to talk when this voice replied "My House" Interesting note Barbara and Barry both use an AIWA TP-M920 recorder and had been standing three or four feet apart at the time this voice was recorded, however only Barry recorded the voice.

'They're right behind you'

Inside a different haunted house, Barry and Barbara had been walking down the stairs from the attic. They both recorded this voice that says "They're right behind you."

'Knock it off'

Roger was knocking on a door. A voice tells him to "knock it off."

'Marco Polo'

A G.I.S. Member was calling the name Iben, a name that we previously recorded. This voice reply's"marco polo."

'Go to your own place'

While driving into a cemetery, the voice "go to your own place" was recorded.

'They're coming'

This clip was recorded in an old pioneer cemetery, and actually has three voices in it. The entire E.V.P registers at 60.135Hz. The last one sounds like it says they're coming - it is a whisper.

'They're lighting up the cemetary'

This voice registers at a little above 61.261Hz. It sounds like a female voice and was recorded as we first entered the same cemetery with our flashlights.

'Is there anybody here?'

We think this lady was actually looking for us. It sounds like she asks "Is there anybody here?"

'Got some candy?'

While we were investigating a mausoleum, the voice of a young child asks "Got some candy?"

'I don't know'

While investigating a private residence, this voice was recorded.

'We're fine'

This voice responded after Barbara asked if we could do anything to help.

'Hi'

While standing outside of a mausoleum, two voices saying Hi to one another was recorded while some of the G.I.S. Members where taking a little break during an investigation.

Young child's voice

We are not sure what this voice is saying. It sounds like a very young child. It was recorded at around midnight in a cemetery.

I liked him

A dog at a house we were investigating, came up to one of the G.I.S. members, and a female voice says I liked him.

Roger

While inside a mausoleum, a man's voice says the name Roger. G.I.S. member Roger was just walking into the mausoleum when a female G.I.S. Member, who was alone in the mausoleum, recorded this voice.

Was ya sceered

A G.I.S. Member was explaining a previous experience at a location to other G.I.S. Members A young child's voice says 'was ya sceered.'

Buena Wella

This was recorded right after a G.I.S. Member complained about her camera flash not going off. It sounds like a mans voice with an accent.

Can you talk with it

While on an investigation in a cemetary, a child's voice says 'can you talk with it?'

This voice was also recorded by G.I.S. member Barry, it is a 'man's voice saying Gotcha!'

The name Michael

This voice was recorded by G.I.S. member Barry, it is a woman's voice saying 'The name Michael.'

Come to Papa

This is the voice of a young boy recorded in a haunted train station. We believe the voice is saying "Come To Papa" and was recorded by G.I.S. Member Barbara.

Sh*t ,please sit down

This voice was recorded outside the same train station. It was recorded as G.I.S. Member Barbara was standing outside her car, putting her equipment away, & getting ready to get into her car.

A$$ hole in my soul

The man heard on this tape must not have been happy with us. One of our members, Barbara, had dropped her external microphone. As she picked it up, this voice was imprinted on her tape.

Here

This recording was taken while two G.I.S. Members were walking back to their car after an investigation at an apartment complex. The voice is almost a growling and is fairly loud. We are not quite sure what the beginning of this voice says but the last word sounds like "here".

It's a white night

This E.V.P was recorded inside the Historic Radisson Hotel in Ogden,Utah. The reason this voice is so interesting is that we had smelled what seemed like a lilac perfume. One of our members asked what it smelled like & the voice replied "it's a white night". We have been told there was a perfume made by Mary Kay with that name a long time ago. Can anyone confirm this, please?

This voice is extremely interesting. It was recorded in an old theater that used to be a church. The voice we recorded seems to actually be two voices and no one seems to be able to understand what they are saying.

It shouldn't be that old

This voice was recorded while investigating an old style Victorian home. A member had been talking about a past investigation we did at a historic farm house. While the member was mentioning something about the old farm house we picked up this voice.

Flashlight

G.I.S. Member Roger recorded this voice in the cellar of an old victorian house. He had just asked for another G.I.S. Member to turn on a flashlight because of water on the floor.

Eight

The first voice you will hear is one of the G.I.S. Members asking another member 'What time is it now?'. G.I.S. Member Barbara recorded this ghost voice giving an answer. "Eight"However, it was really eleven.

Yeah, I love it

The first voice speaking low and soft is G.I.S. Member Roger's voice saying 'Thanks babe' to his wife, as she handed Roger a camera. G.I.S. Member Barbara recorded this ghost voice responding " Yeah, I love it"He must have liked Roger's verbal affectionate gratitude.

It's dark in here

G.I.S. Member Barry recorded this child's voice while G.I.S. was conducting an investigation at an old western military fort that was established in the 1800's and is still in use today. Barry was in the museum, which used to be one of the barracks. When the curator of the museum was told about the childs voice that was recorded, he informed us that he had just learned a few weeks before that the women & children were kept in the basement of the barracks for their own safety "It's dark in here"By the way, the lights were on when Barry recorded this voice. Maybe it is dark where this child's ghost is (?)

Maybe if you got it

This voice was recorded by G.I.S. Member Barry while conducting the same investigation at the old military fort. Barry was in the basement of one of the old barracks, and had just asked the ghosts if they could tell him a name when he recorded this reply.

Now read it

A lady accompanying The G.I.S. on an investigation had just purchased a new audio tape recorder and was showing it to G.I.S. Members One of the other members asked her if it came with an external microphone. The lady and two members of The G.I.S. recorded this voice responding. "Now read it"Some of us believe that the ghost is referring to the manual that came with the recorder. The WAV file used here was recorded by G.I.S. Member Barbara.

Whata ya got? Come over

This voice was recorded by G.I.S. Member Jenny in the afternoon at an old pioneer cemetery. A couple of the G.I.S. Members had just gotten back from a long travel, and the feeling was happiness and excitement to everyone shortly after all the members had arrived. This voice sounds like a child's voice, speaking very fast. There were no children anywhere in or near the cemetery. "Whata ya got? Come over here"Because of how fast it is speaking, we are really not sure of what it is saying, but this is what it sounds like to us.

You go now

This creepy voice was recorded by G.I.S. Member Barbara. She and G.I.S. Member Jenny was standing on one of the roads inside of a cemetery one night on an investigation. Barbara had just complained how her infrared camera kept going out of focus when this voice told them "You go now."

What is it for?

G.I.S. Member Roger had just said that he hoped the ghosts would talk with us. G.I.S. Member Barbara recorded this voice asking him "What is it for?"

Are you sure?

The first voice you will hear is G.I.S. Member Roger, complaining 'I haven't seen nothing so far' (referring to the infrared camera). G.I.S. Member Barbara recorded this ghost asking him "Are you sure?"

Aint never

The G.I.S. was invited by a local FOX News channel to investigate an old military fort which was built in the 1870's. We conducted the majority of the investigation in the museum, which was originally a barrack. The ghost of a soldier wearing a union uniform has been seen many times here. He is called Clem. This voice was recorded shortly after a large blank artillery shell was placed in the middle of the floor by a friend of The G.I.S., down in the basement of the museum. We believe the ghost says "I ain't never seen anything that can compare to this". He must have been quite bewildered with all of us with our equipment plus all of the TV crews wires, cables, and all of their other equipment!

Been gone

G.I.S. members Roger and Barbara had gone into an old pioneer cemetery. Barbara was going to get out of the car, but Roger wanted her to wait for some people who were just leaving the cemetery and told her 'wait, let them be gone'. Barbara recorded this ghostly voice repeating him almost immediately.

She can come down here

G.I.S. member Brendan was telling Barbara about a mutual acquaintance. Barbara responded by saying, 'That's good, it will keep her busy'. Barbara recorded this ghost commenting.

I'm completely dead

G.I.S. member Barbara recorded this voice at one of our favorite places. The G.I.S. Members were discussing some ghost pictures that had Been developed. This poor soul sounds like it just came to the self realization of it's situation.

Face me

G.I.S. Members Roger and Barbara were driving out of an old pioneer cemetery when this took place. You will hear Barbara say 'Don't come with us, you're not welcome to go. Stay here at your home.' She recorded this response, and he must have Been in the back seat.

Ghost laugh

G.I.S. Members Barry, Roger and Barbara met at a new cemetery before going to a private residence to conduct an investigation. You will hear Barry telling a story that he heard while listening to The Art Bell radio show. Barry is repeating what a woman told Art.. "My mom used to wear Channel #5 and BenGay". This ghost laughing sounds so dorky, but it also shows that we must keep our sense of humor. Both Barry and Barbara were recording, but this laugh was only recorded on Barbara's recorder. Strange...

Jerk

A ghost said "What a jerk" to G.I.S. member Brendan for refusing to get a coat for himself out of the car. You will hear Roger say, 'you should at least go get that coat for ya' and Brendan had shook his head no. Barbara recorded this whispery name calling.

Going home

While G.I.S. was investigating a beautiful old log home that has Been turned into a restaurant, member Barbara had gone outside to get a briefcase containing some of her equipment. Just as She was reentering the place through the kitchen, She recorded this voice.

Extremely little

G.I.S. Members Jenny & Barbara were talking about how pretty the small cemetery was that they were investigating. Barbara recorded this voice, saying "extremely little."

Yes ya did

G.I.S. member Barbara recorded this voice at a private residence while on an investigation. You will hear Roger ask her 'what time did we get here?' Barbara answers 'about 5'. This voice has kind of a singy-songy effect, as it says..."yes ya did"

Up here

G.I.S. Members Jenny and Barbara were walking through the offices and projection rooms of an abandoned theater. Barbara mentioned 'it's hot up here' when this voice of a little child repeated.

Yeah you are

Barbara recorded this voice responding to her asking if She was going in the right direction.

I'm Louis

G.I.S. member Roger had called out the name Iban, which was a name that we had recorded on a previous visit to an old cemetery. G.I.S. member Barbara recorded this response.

Tell them to get out

G.I.S. member Barry recorded this when a few members were investigating a private residence. We obviously caused the young sounding ghost some distress in being there.

Older

G.I.S. member Barry recorded this while we were conducting an investigation in a beautiful old theater. He was talking to Barbara about the wood banisters on the stairs, and he wondered if this was the original wood or if had Been replaced after a fire that had occurred there many years previous, where a young man died due to the fire.

You fouled up

G.I.S. member Barry recorded this while he was talking to another member about an upcoming "Sightings" radio show. They were discussing whether Barry should be on the show at the first.

Two of us

While on the same investigation, G.I.S. member Barbara had just asked the ghost 'is there something that you need?' and it responded by saying "two of us."

Iban

Several G.I.S. Members had taken some people to the cemetery where we had witnessed a ghost light on a previous investigation. We were discussing that event when Barbara recorded this name. If anyone happens to have heard of this name before, we would appreciate info about it, such as correct spelling, country that it may be common in, etc.

Ghost laughing

On one of many investigations that we have conducted at an old historic railroad station, G.I.S. Members Roger and Barbara were talking with Hugo, one of the employees there. The place was closed, and they were the only people in the building. Barbara recorded this ghost laughing, which shows we keep our sense of humor even after death.

Get out

G.I.S. Members were investigating an abandoned movie theater that was said to have ghosts lingering there. Barbara recorded this whispery order as we were leaving the place after our first investigation there.

I'm alright

G.I.S. Members were in an old cemetery, and Barbara asked the ghosts there if there was anything we could do to help them. She recorded this voice in response.

We're all down here

This voice was recorded in an old historic hotel. Barbara had said She would be right back and She recorded this voice as She was leaving.

You're in alot of trouble

G.I.S. member Barry recorded this in the basement of a mausoleum. Needless to say, it made Barry a little nervous when he first heard this on his tape recorder.

Wagon

G.I.S. member Barry recorded this voice while in the basement of a mausoleum. What the ghost was referring to is anybody's guess.

Can't go

G.I.S. member Barry recorded this sad sounding voice on one of our many investigations at a mausoleum as we were leaving.

I'm Louis (second time)

This is the second time Louis has identified himself by name. You will first hear G.I.S. member Roger ask a question, and Louis tells him the answer. Louis is a ghost. This is great, as it shows interaction. Now we always say hello Louis, whenever we go back to this cemetery, just in case he is still there.

Whatever

G.I.S. member Barry recorded this in an old train station which is now a museum. Another member mentioned he had to go check on Hugo, who is an employee there, to see if it was Hugo who was making a noise on the heating pipes and this voice said "Whatever."

Turn

Some G.I.S. Members had just driven into a cemetery, and Roger, who was driving, said that he was going to turn on a particular road. We recorded these instructions. Now perhaps you may hear a different word, but we believe that it says "Turn."

Uh-Uh Big Barry

G.I.S. member Barbara recorded this voice when we were conducting an investigation at a migrant head-start school. The building was originally part of a military hospital used for WW1 & WW2 injured soldiers. Head-start personnel have seen the ghost of a large man who looks to be a Native American Indian with long black hair in this building on several occasions. Barry was jokingly referring to himself here, and telling us what his new name should be. You will hear Barry saying 'Little bear, no, big bear' and then Jenny laughs. A ghost voice breaks in and says.... "Uh-Uh Big Barry."

Hey

Someone must have been trying to get our attention on one of our investigations. G.I.S. Member Barry recorded someone calling...."Hey."

Horrific

G.I.S. members Roger & Barbara were parked in a cemetery, sitting in their car. Roger's tape recorder was making a noise as his audio tape was turning and you will hear him say, in reference to his tape recorder, 'I've been hearing noises'. A ghost inside their car answers him, and says.... "Horrific."

I just got an idea

In the same cemetery, on a different night, G.I.S. Members Brendan, Jenny, Roger & Barbara were sitting in one of their vehicles, due to a huge mosquito population outside. Barbara recorded this whispery ghost, which shows, at least some of them, have conscious thought.

Mommy

We were conducting an investigation at a private residence, where the homeowner has seen the ghosts of at least 2 children. G.I.S. Member Barry recorded one of them calling ....."Mommy."

I'm a kitty cat

This is probably one of our most bizarre recordings. Four G.I.S. Members were just packing up equipment and putting things into the car trunk when G.I.S. Member Barbara recorded this. We played this voice on The Art Bell radio show, and we could not agree on what the voice was saying, but one of the listeners to the show emailed us as to what she heard, and we believe she is right. You will hear what sounds like a cougar or other large cat growling and then a voice says..."I'm a kitty cat."

You will hear G.I.S. Member Barbara ask 'Is anyone here?' A whispery man's voice answers...."No."

Gonna miss you and I mean it

The G.I.S. conducted an investigation in an old building where a New Age business now resides. Originally, it had housed a brothel upstairs. Barry recorded this voice as we were winding up and getting ready to leave. We are starting to get the impression that female ghosts kind of like him.

She did

While conducting an investigation in a cemetery, G.I.S. Members Jenny & Barbara were walking, when it sounded like Jenny stepped in a puddle of water. They both heard this at the same time, but when Jenny shined her flashlight down, the ground was bone dry. She was relating that experience to Roger & Brendan. You will hear her say 'It sounded like I stepped in water' and a ghost voice replies...."She did."

She's with her dad

All 5 members of G.I.S. Conducted an investigation at a private residence. You will hear Barbara ask 'Will you come and be with us?' Barry recorded a ghost saying...."Shes with her dad."

We're all up here

G.I.S. Member Barry recorded this ghost voice trying to tell us...."We're all up here."

Roger won't keep her

G.I.S. Members had an incredible experience here when this voice was recorded. We captured the event on infrared camera, but is too lengthy to explain here. Roger was placing a flower back in a vase that had been placed in the middle of the floor by one of the many ghosts that linger at this location, when this voice was recorded saying.... "Roger won't keep her."

I'm not here

G.I.S. Member Barry recorded this voice saying...."I'm not here."

Brendan

This almost sounds like a comedy routine! You will hear Barbara say to Brendan 'You're just a busybody, aren't ya' - Roger says "Who?'- a ghost voice whispers "Brendan" - Brendan says 'Who?' - Barbara says 'You' - and then Brendan says 'What?' This was recorded by G.I.S. Member Roger while we were conducting an investigation in a cemetery.

Oh my

G.I.S. Member Barbara recorded this on an investigation. She was just getting her infrared camera out of her bag. Nothing was being said at this time, so we are not sure what this young sounding voice is saying 'oh my' about, other than maybe the equipment?

I believe

This was recorded by G.I.S. Member Barry inside of a historical old theater. He was talking to another member about the wooden banister in the lobby, wondering if it was the original .

We are not sure what is being said here, we all hear something different. G.I.S. Member Roger had just asked is anyone here, when G.I.S. Member Barry recorded this. Can you make out what is being said?

That's the way

G.I.S. Member Barry recorded this as he was talking to Barbara about theories concerning ghost energy and orbs. We believe this voice is saying "That's the way."

What's so funny

G.I.S. Member Barry recorded this at an old railroad station. You will hear Barbara laughing and a young child asks "What's so funny?"

God, why don't you help me?

G.I.S. Member Barry recorded this voice asking him "God, why don't you help me?"

Why not? I want to

G.I.S. Member Barry recorded this while investigating the upstairs of an old historical theater. He was trying to find out why one of the elevators kept going up and down without anyone in it when he got this whispery voice.

Scream

The G.I.S. Members were standing on a basement stairway of an old building when we heard a weird loud noise upstairs. You will hear what sounds like a scream and then Barry will say 'What was that?'

Give me my money

Some of the G.I.S. Members were sitting in a room of a historical hotel when G.I.S. Member Barry recorded this voice saying "Give me my money". There have been past occurrences in this room involving patrons staying at the hotel and the patrons money.

People

This was recorded in a mausoleum by G.I.S. Member Barry. This voice almost sounds surprised to see us and says "people."

Ya'll know

G.I.S. Member Barry was talking about a funeral home that had been converted to apartments when he recorded this voice saying "ya'll know."

Talk to the dead

G.I.S. Members Brendan and Barry were just walking into a mortuary when Barry recorded this. You will hear Barry say 'I hope there's no bodies down there' and this voice tells him to "talk to the dead."

Do you expect to again

The G.I.S. was conducting an investigation in a mausoleum. You will hear G.I.S. member Barbara telling an employee of that location, "..And so I can't get a handle on why there's so many little children staying around". Barbara recorded a man's whispery voice asking...."Do you expect to again?"

Hope he's got

This is a continuation of the previous EVP posted above. Barbara recorded the man's voice talking behind her conversation with the employee, but we could not make out what 'he' was saying, until there was a lull in her conversation. Barbara started speaking again in the middle of 'his' sentence and her voice covered up the rest of what 'he' was saying, so we don't know what 'he' was hoping for.

Hi George

This was recorded in the house where G.I.S. members Roger & Barbara are living. After a few strange incidents had occurred after they had been living there, they decided to turn on their recorder to see if they could record EVP and went to bed. You will hear their back door slam, (which it didn't), and a man's voice greeting someone (it has been suggested possibly a pet?), named George.

Laughing

On an investigation at an old military fort, the G.I.S. team was outside walking from one barrack to another. Roger had said something humorous, and Barbara recorded this childish sounding laugh, right after. It was quite late at night, and although we do not allow children with us on investigations, there were children who lived at the fort at one time...the fort cemetery has numerous children buried in it that died while living there at the fort.

Flashlight

G.I.S. member Jenny recorded this while we were conducting an investigation in a mausoleum. She had just asked another G.I.S. member if they needed a flashlight. This is the second time we have recorded an EVP saying...."Flashlight."

I won

This was recorded at a private residence by G.I.S. member Jenny. No one was speaking at the time, so we do not know what this voice is referring to.

Then she comes back

While on an investigation, Jenny was showing Barbara some ghost energy that Jenny had recorded on her infrared video camera. Jenny had just said, "See it right there?" Just as this energy turns and comes back in the direction of the camera, Jenny recorded this EVP saying..."Then she comes back."

I appear

Although this EVP is also posted in the prison section, the one in the prison section was recorded by G.I.S. member Barry. This particular EVP was actually recorded on 4 different recorders, even though we were all in different areas of the death house.

During our investigation of the prison, G.I.S. members Jenny & Barbara were standing outside the death house talking, when Jenny recorded this. You will hear Barbara sneeze,(hold on to your hat!) and then a very young sounding voice says 'Bless', (it is Barbara at the end that says 'scuse me').

We'll talk

Jenny recorded this EVP on our investigation at the prison, while Barbara was reading "The Rules of Government of Convicts". You will hear Barbara's voice as she was reading, and at the same time, a very whispery voice says..."We'll talk."

I killed you, you laughed at me

This is another EVP that is posted in the prison section. That one was recorded by G.I.S. member Barry. This EVP was recorded by G.I.S. member Jenny. We were in the death house when this EVP was recorded, and it is quite chilling to think about the mental state this ghost seems to be stuck in.

Andrea

You will hear G.I.S. member Barbara ask "Can you tell me your name?". Barbara recorded a female's soft voice reply ......"Andrea."

Cold Cold Corident

During one of many investigations at an abandoned movie theater, G.I.S. member Barbara recorded what almost sounds like an advertisement jingle.

That's weird as hell

G.I.S. member Jenny recorded this man's creepy sounding voice during a recent investigation. He may have been miffed about all of our equipment, because we believe he said.... "That's weird as hell."

Crackle and then ???

G.I.S. member Barbara recorded this in a private residence, upstairs in one of the bedrooms. We audibly heard a snapping or crackling sound, which picked up on the tape recorder. Right after the sound, this voice said..... "Crackle" and then "????"

She died up here

Jokingly, Barbara invited any female ghosts that may be present to sit on Barry's lap, as he sat down on a couch. Jenny recorded this odd sounding voice saying..."She died up here."

There's a man who sits there

G.I.S. member Roger recorded this at an old military fort that was established back in the wild west days. He was sitting down on a folding chair that was next to a wall inside one of the buildings, when an etheral voice told him..."There's a man who sits there."

Free

This EVP was recorded by G.I.S. member Jenny when The G.I.S. was investigating an abandoned theater. You will hear G.I.S. member Roger saying 'ollie, ollie, oxen free'. A young, sad sounding voice says...."Free"

Groaning

In the same abandoned theater, G.I.S. member recorded this groaning. It really sounds like the stereo-type sound of a ghost in one of those old B horror movies.

Jenny recorded this EVP on our investigation of a cemetery. The first voice you hear is a woman that was with us at the time saying "It happened again?" The following voice is an EVP of a woman, however we are not sure what the voice says.

He's scared

While we were at an old west military fort, Roger had scared himself accidently on the stairway that led to the basement, and he mentioned it to our guide that he had done so. A few minutes later, Roger recorded this EVP whispering..."He's scared."

One important man

This voice was recorded by G.I.S. member Roger at an old military fort. Roger was asking the previous curator of this military museum who was in charge currently, and recorded this reply before the curator had a chance to respond.

Play with me

Jenny recorded this EVP on our investigation of an abandoned movie theater. You will hear Jenny's voice first saying "It was probably 'bout..." and a child's voice says..."Play with me."

I'll be fine now

On one of our investigations, Jenny recorded this EVP. The noise you hear on the last word of the EVP is a zipper, so it is difficult to understand the word, but we believe this voice says... "I'll be fine now."

This astounded sounding EVP was recorded by Jenny on one of our investigations.

I'm not far

On a night that we visually witnessed a ghostlight in a cemetery, Jenny recorded this EVP. The ghostlight had stayed around us for over thirty minutes, often darting down to the same head stone and disappearing, only to reappear out of the same head stone. The name on the head stone was 'Parker'. After quite a while, it finally started to float away from us. You will hear Barbara call "Parker, don't leave." This EVP, in response to Barbara's request, sounds like it was very difficult to speak the reply.

Nursery Rhyme

We felt like there were childrens ghosts at this location, because we had recorded their voices here before. You will hear Barbara reciting an old childrens rhyme, and listen carefully to the very young sounding child who repeats Barbara's words at the end of the sentences. This child sounds like it could be even as young as 2 or 3 years old.

You will hear Roger say 'Time doesn't mean nothing to them, usually'. He recorded this whispery reply.

Look at who's over here?

G.I.S. member Jenny recorded this EVP while we investigated a local cemetery. You will hear a female voice saying something that sounds like... "Look at whos over here?"

Do you talk good?

G.I.S. member Jenny recorded this childs voice in another cemetery. You will hear her ask "If anyones here will you please talk to us?" a few seconds later a very young child says..."Do you talk good?"

This voice was recorded by G.I.S. member Jenny while investigating a local cemetery. In this clip, you will hear the wind blowing in the background. Suddenly a woman's voice says what sounds like..."Alma Berg Here."

The G.I.S. was conducting an investigation at a private residence. Towards the end of this, and any investigation, we always thank the spirits for talking with us. In this clip you will hear G.I.S. member Jenny, who recorded this voice say "Thank You" a few seconds later a young woman's voice says "Bye Bye."

G.I.S. member Roger recorded this man's creepy sounding voice during a recent investigation. Roger was asking the ghosts to please excuse the lights from our cameras(This voice almost sounds like he was speaking in slow motion, but we do not tamper with the speed, and this is exactly the way this voice recorded.)

G.I.S. member Jenny recorded this in a private residence. You will hear the voice say "Get Out" and then Jenny says "That window's closed".

It's not a joke, it's Red

G.I.S. Member Barbara recorded this in the basement of a haunted hotel. You will hear Roger first, saying "it's not a joke". This EVP comes in right after, saying...."It's Not A Joke, It's Red."

G.I.S. Member Jenny recorded this voice while we conducted an investigation at a private residence. A man simply says.... "Let's Go."

Nap cat - whistle - meow

This EVP was recorded by G.I.S. Member Barbara when a group of investigators stayed up all night in a haunted room of a very active hotel. You will hear Barbara saying "Take a little catnap for a little while." This comical reply says "Nap Cat - whistle -meow."

She ought to break it now

Jenny dropped her tape recorder just as we were going to begin an investigation at a beautiful old school that has reported activity. G.I.S. Member Roger recorded this right after Jenny's recorder hit the floor.

Plastic eyes

Jenny recorded this EVP on an investigation inside of a mausoleum. On a hunch, Barbara called one of the morticians that prepares the bodies there and confirmed that they do use plastic eyes under the eyelids for a more natural look, and it also helps keep the eyes closed. We feel that maybe this ghost was bothered by having....."Plastic Eyes."

Subject - Rainbow Gardens

G.I.S. Member Roger recorded this in a high school auditorium. We believe that is says "Subject - Rainbow Gardens."

See Ya

This was recorded from Barbara's recorder, but she did not realize that it was still recording. The G.I.S. were just driving away from an investigation, and she had the recorder in her bag. You will hear two voices say "See Ya" then Barry says "Well, no hitchhikers - everybody out" and then Barbara says "If anybody's in the car get out, you're not welcome to come with us."

Chorus of voices

G.I.S. Member recorded this one night in a cemetery that we were investigating. Because of the mosquitoes, you will hear Barbara say "I've got to get some spray on, I'm getting eaten". These voices sound like they are all saying "Right here, right here"

Will you stay here?

On one of our investigations, Jenny recorded this EVP. You will hear her say "Will you please show yourself to us? Will you make a noise?" She recorded this sad sounding reply.

Wow

Roger and Brendan were walking on a road in a cemetery when Roger recorded this. You will hear Roger say, referring to two headstones that were side by side, "He was born a year after the other guy" and it was not either one of them that whispered..."WoW"

On an all night investigation in a haunted hotel, Barbara recorded this whispery information.

Am I dead?

The G.I.S. was investigating a private residence. We had followed the lady of the house into one of the bedrooms. You will hear her say to us, "Around one o'clock in the morning". G.I.S. member Barbara recorded this whispery EVP ask..."Am I Dead?"

So is the bar

On an investigation in a biker bar, G.I.S. member Jenny had asked an employee where a certain room was and he pointed in the direction of the room. She turned in the direction of where he was pointing, and noticed through her infra red video camera , a large orb go into the same room. You will hear her say, "That's weird." Jenny recorded this EVP responding back to her.

Bat face

While The G.I.S. Was conducting an investigation in an old restored Victorian home, someone accidentally let out 2 large dogs (boxers), from the room they were in. You will hear G.I.S. member Barbara say "Gorgeous animals." She recorded this EVP calling her or the dogs...."Bat face" . Many listeners called into the Art Bell show and said they thought it says "Butt face", and we have received emails saying it sounds like "about face", such as in the military. What do you hear?

Blue green

We were investigating an old cemetery that is reportedly very active. G.I.S. member Barry was explaining to Barbara the speed of film he was using in his camera that night, and how grainy that film made scanned pictures look. You will hear this EVP talking over Barry's voice, and it sounds like it says... "Blue green." We are not sure of what it could be referring to, however.

Good idea

While at a private residence, the lady was taking us on a tour of the house, explaining ghostly events that she had experienced there. We followed her into one of the more active rooms as she began to tell us some of the events. You will hear her say "I had a friend who came in here one time and said she saw a dog in here". Barbara recorded this EVP reply.

Come here!... What?

The G.I.S. conducted an investigation at a business establishment after they closed for the night. Originally, the place had been a huge, European style barn, and was built in the early 1900s. The owner of the business and G.I.S. member Barbara were sitting on the stairs, looking through Barbara's infra red video camera. You will hear the owner say "They were curious at first, weren't they?" Barbara recorded this EVP, which sounds like two different voices, responding and interacting with one another. The first EVP says 'come here' then a different voice asks 'what?'.

Curse-ed

G.I.S. member Roger recorded this while we were conducting an investigation at a private residence. You will hear Roger say "I felt some again, go up stairs." We believe this EVP is saying "Curse-ed" but we really are not sure. It is Roger's voice at the end of the whispery EVP.

Help me... find my dad

Jenny recorded this pitiful sounding EVP while we were investigating a cemetery. First, you will hear Jenny say "This over here is where Roger got grabbed". You will really hear the despair in this young woman's voice, as she asks Jenny "Help me...... find my dad?"

Good night

At a private residence during an investigation, Barbara recorded the lady of the house say "Walk in here blindly' and what sounds like a young voice say "Good night."

Go to bed

At the same house , you will hear the lady say "This room is always cold. And if you just walk in here it is cold. I don't like this room. Everytime I've slept in here I've had nightmares". Barbara recorded this EVP of what sounds like a child saying "Go to bed."

Can you see my name?

While we were in a cemetery, Jenny was talking to Brendan. You will hear Jenny say to him "I mean I say it, but..." She recorded this EVP ask her "Can you see my name?"

Leave me alone

On an investigation in a funeral home, Roger asked the ghosts to please excuse the flash of our cameras and our flashlights. He recorded this EVP that told him "Leave me alone."

S*@t head... I'm near the light

Jenny recorded a ghost with an attitude. You will first hear Jenny. She was referring to a ghostlight that we had seen at this location on a previous visit, and she says "Oh, little light, come on" and then she recorded this EVP respond "S*@t head... I'm near the light."

Roger

The G.I.S. Was invited by Beau Woods of the Ogden Ghost Hunters Organization to investigate an old jail. In this clip you will hear G.I.S. member Jenny ask "Will you tell us your name?". This EVP responds with the name"Roger". G.I.S. member Roger was not present at the time this voice was recorded.

G.I.S. member Brendan recorded this voice while we investigated a local cemetery. You will hear him say "Sorry for walking over where you're planted". An EVP responds..."Why do that?"

Non english

During an investigation in a cemetery, Barbara and Jenny got cold, as it was in the middle of the winter, and they decided to sit in the car. Barbara recorded this next clip. You will hear Barbara say "And just sitting there, having to key" when this EVP comes in. It sounds like it could possibly be a foreign language. We tried to reverse it, but we could not make anything out of that either. We played this on Art Bell's show, and a few people responded to us saying that it sounds like it says 'those who talk' in Latin. Can you make it out?
