The G.I.S.

The G.I.S. had just purchased a night scope and was trying it out for the first time in a cemetery. You will hear Barbara say "Come and see, Brendan, if it makes a difference with the infrared". G.I.S. member Jenny recorded this voice responding.

"Perfect Circle"

Picture, if you will, a very cold night in February. The G.I.S. had just arrived at a Mausoleum to conduct an investigation. G.I.S. member Roger recorded the following events. You will hear Roger say "We welcome anyone here to talk with us" "Children Screaming" "We're back".

During an investigation at a private residence in Laramie Wyoming, G.I.S. member Barry recorded Brendan saying "I don't even know why. I don't think there really is a reason....just fascinated by it". In the background, a child is calling for "Daddy"

While The G.I.S. was conducting an investigation at the Laramie Territorial Prison, G.I.S. member Barbara had just walked out into the prison yard. You will hear her say, "Hello, is anyone here"? A man replies either "They've hurt me" or "Dave Christian" What do you hear?

This was recorded with our newly acquired 'real time' recorder. G.I.S. member Brendan had just asked for any ghosts to tell him it's name, when Brendan recorded..."Drop it"

While we were in a cemetery, just before dark, a mosquito flew into one of the G.I.S. members' ear. You will hear Jenny say, joking around, "Let me live in there, it's warm in there". She recorded a voice say "End of my life". (It was suggested that the voice might be the mosquito.)

This singy EVP was recorded by G.I.S. member Barry while we were conducting our investigation of the Laramie, Wyoming Territorial Prison. Barry was walking down a hallway inside of the prison in the dark. The prison was built approximately around 1878, and housed a variety of prisoners for only about 30 years, when the prison closed it's doors. We imagine many prisoners entertained themselves with song.

G.I.S. member Roger recorded this in the same prison. This EVP is more what you would expect to hear."Get me out of here"

The G.I.S. had investigated a private residence, and as we were gathering our equipment up to leave, G.I.S. member Barbara recorded this request. "Have them come back"

While The G.I.S. was investigating the Warden's house at The Laramie Territorial Prison Roger had asked "Can you give us a name...Kids"? A woman replies "Hazel"

This voice was also recorded by G.I.S. Member Roger while in the Wardens house. You will hear Roger say "Room for you guys to make claim". A voice responds "Hit em in the hide"

Late, one cold winter night in a cemetery, Jenny & Barbara were sitting in their chairs and covered up with a thick wool blanket. Jenny felt someone pull down on it. You will hear her ask Barbara "Did you just pull down the blanket?" Barbara replies, "No." Jenny recorded a child's voice say "I did". Then you will hear Jenny ask "Did you feel like a tug?" Barbara answers "No".

The very first time we tested our 'real time' recorder, we were sitting at G.I.S. members Roger & Barbara's kitchen table, since we have experienced ghost activity there. One of their friends had stopped by to visit and was relating a story of another friends mother who had recently lost her battle to cancer, and proceeded to tell about how brave this woman had fought right up to the end of her life. Brendan recorded this EVP, but at first, thought it was G.I.S. Member Barry who had said it. However, everyone sitting there at the table can testify that Barry never spoke when a voice said....."I feel so bad"

This EVP was recorded at a private residence in Utah by G.I.S. Member Barry. As he was stepping out of the house onto the porch, this voice says...."I tried to get up"

While investigating a private residence in Laramie G.I.S. Member Barry asks Roger (who recorded this voice) "so we can go down there"? G.I.S. Member Roger replies "Yeah". Following Roger a voice says "My quarters"

This EVP was recorded by Barbara with the real time recorder at a cemetery. You will hear the EVP say "No!" "Yes!!!". Followed by Roger saying "We invite anyone here to talk with us".

G.I.S. Member Brendan recorded this with the real time recorder as he was walking around a cemetery. You will hear Brendan say, "If anyone's here I ask you to speak with me? I'm willing to listen to anything you have to say". A voice replies "One step... into the light" Brendan continues. "It just got really cold, I don't know if that's because of you guys or not"?

This EVP was also recorded by G.I.S. Member Brendan with the real time recorder. Nothing was being said at the time, this voice just says "She ought to die"

While at the private residence in Laramie, the young couple who live in the comfortable old house graciously offered and fed us dinner while we were there. We all enjoyed the spaghetti with buffalo meat in the sauce..it was delicious!! We had eaten outside in their backyard, and we were all going back inside, when G.I.S. Member Barbara recorded this EVP."I'm on the southside"

G.I.S. Member Jenny and a friend were in a cemetery. You will hear Jenny ask "Wanna go look for that grave?" Her friend replies "Yeah" and what sounds like an old feeble woman says..

."So do I"

G.I.S. Member Brendan recorded this EVP with our real time recorder. You will hear Brendan say "Can you tell us your name?" Then a voice says ????? (we cannot make out what it says). Then you hear Brendan say "I think I heard you. Can you talk louder"?

G.I.S. Member Barry recorded this inside of the Laramie Territorial Prison. You will hear the Director of the prison say,"Yeah, that's a chainsaw". A voice immediately says "Yeah that's me"

One night, while we were hoping to see a ghost light in a particular cemetery, G.I.S. Member Jenny recorded the following. You will hear Jenny say, "Do you see a light?" Next, Roger says "What? No." Then this strange EVP says, "Yes yes yes yes" . Next you will hear Brendan say "Wow" and Jenny says "What, did you see it?" (we didn't get to see it that night, though).

While at the Laramie Territorial Prison, G.I.S. Member Barbara recorded ..."Yoo-Hoo".

What is strange about this is, Brendan heard this while he was recording with the real time recorder, but that recorder did not record it!
